Festival
Festival does not double coupons, but they have 2 store coupon programs and accept manufacturer coupons, which can add up to almost the same value of (and sometimes exceed!) doubled manufacturer coupons.

Each Wednesday the next week's flyer is published in The Green Bay Sun.  Every Sunday, the Green Bay Press Gazette includes the current week’s sales and promotions in the first/main section of the paper.
If you don't get either paper, you can view the current week's ad on Festival's website.  (www.FestFoods.com)

  1. In order to use the weekly flyer store coupons, you must purchase $5 worth of non-weekly flyer coupon items.  You can use manufacturer coupons and other in-store Festival coupons on these items.
  2. You can stack a manufacturer's coupon with a Festival coupon (either the weekly flyer coupon or an in-store coupon).  Ex: On week, Festival had a weekly flyer coupon for Tombstone Pizzas, making the final price $2.88.  Tombstone Facebook fans were able to print 2 $2.00 off 1 coupons a few weeks prior.  Shoppers were able to stack these Facebook coupons on top of the weekly flyer price making them $.88/each.
  3. You can stack Festival In-store Coupons with Manufacturer coupons with the Weekly Flyer Coupons.  Ex: Festival had the 12-roll Double Pack of Northern Toilet Paper on sale with the Weekly Flyer coupon for $4.99.  At the In-store Coupon Machine, you could print a Festival Coupon for $.75 off 1 12-pk of any Northern Toilet Paper.  One of the Sunday inserts included a $.75 off 1 manufacturer coupon for any 4-pk or larger Northern Toilet Paper.  You can redeem all 3 of these coupons, making the final price of the toilet paper $3.49.
  4. Festival credits your order $.05 for each reusable shopping bag used.
  5. Festival accepts all Internet coupons INCLUDING free items.
  6. Festival does not accept competitor (re: Target or Walgreens) or expired coupons.
  7. Festival does not have a rewards card program.
  8. Festival does have a UPromise card you can borrow from the Service Desk. If you haven't signed up for UPromise yet, do so. Register your debit or credit card number.  UPromise issues "eCoupons" on many items every month.  When the cashier scans your rewards card, the UPromise "eCoupons" won't be deducted from your total, rather that money will be credited to your UPromise account.  Ex: UPromise had "eCoupons" worth $.50 on Yoplait Yo+Plus Yogurt.  Each package of this yogurt I purchased, gave me an additional $.50 on top of the 2% cash back contribution.  It's amazing how quickly these "eCoupons" add up to a decent amount.
